The hectic schedule of modern life is taking a toll on our mental health. Mental health is referred to cognitive, emotional and behavioral well-being. Mental health affects the relationship, work and school life. Also, it goes another way around too mental health is deeply affected by the relationship work. Communication

Keeping your problem limited to yourself and sharing leads to cognitive paralysis.
It is advisable to share the issue with your friends and family at the initial stages.
Sharing your problem help you to cope with the issues. Communication strengthens the relationship with people in your surroundings. It creates a sense of belonging.

Workout

Exercising and working not only improve your physical health but, also provide a boost to mental health. Start with small goals 10 pushups, jogging 5km, lifting a small weight. Set a daily target and try to achieve it. This will provide you a sense of achievement and give you raise your self-esteem.

Proper meals

Meals are an important part of the metabolism process. They determine the extent of chemical reactions and hormones of the body. It is directly related to physical health and mood. Eat a nutritious meal, drink plenty of water. Avoid smoking. A healthy body house a  healthy mind.

Coping Skills

Develop and learn new skills to cope up with daily stress, stress is a part of daily life. You cannot avoid stress so the next best thing is to learn how to tackle it. It can be any activity from meditation to painting or just playing with your Pet. Whatever it is that ease your nerve, find it and practice it.

Seek professional help

Don’t feel embarrassed about seeking professional help before things take turn for worse. Be proactive regarding this matter cause once the dark thought takes over space in mind it is hard to make a decision. So, get help as quickly early as possible.
